We have created this extra dark 55% cacao Milk Chocolate from the unique Guatemalan, Cahabon cacao bean. These beans are giant, more than double in size to our other origins, which posed a significant challenge of finding the perfect roast. We love how this one has come out. Very fruity with an intense cacao flavour for a bar of milk chocolate
