We were lucky to have a regular customer James Nightingale whom comes from Papua New Guinea, James grew up on his fathers cacao plantation which is one of Papua New Guineas top estates for cacao and deals with our exports from Papua New Guinea.
The cacao produced from Tokiala is definitely one of the best that we have in our range, gently smokey with a beautiful fruit note.
