heres our version of a burger, 

buns are chocolate shells filled with passionfruit mousse and a delicate cacao sponge, 

patties are dark chocolate mousse in a dark cacao crumb

sauce is a raspberry Jelly

cheese is a white chocolate wafer

contains dairy, eggs, halal friendly gelatin

no added nuts, gluten or alcohol
